the hotel's staff was really helpful and extremely friendly. the location was peaceful and ideal for traveling around Napier. 3. It is very close to a residential area, all the communal areas, and the airport. 4. We visited Bay Baptist Church, located approximately 10-15 minutes' walk from the venue, and it was an unplanned pleasure.

location right by the arena, outskirts of town, and napier, away from the hustle and bustle from the main street. tidy and compact rooms. very good check-in, late check-out, excellent staff.

The hospitality of staff was the best! Five Star!

We didn't like the wet bathroom even with a shower curtain. Allot of the bathroom floor gets wet. A small bother for a very clean, comfortable establishment with great hospitality. Also the shower was luke warm on full heat. However we let the staff know and they have attended to it and responded to our feedback by email promptly. Very impressed :)
